How the Seven Weeks Work
Weeks 1–2: Clarify your story and build your system
We start where everything else breaks down: your story.
Using focused working sessions and Zeus, you'll define:
- your positioning and narrative
- how you communicate your value across different audiences
- the offer language that actually lands
By the end of Week 2, you'll have a clear entrepreneur narrative — and your Zeus and Athena environments set up and active.
You're not just getting clarity. You're getting a system that holds it.
Weeks 3–5: Put it to work in the real world
This is where the work becomes real.
Over the following weeks, you actively use Zeus and Athena inside your day-to-day business: pitching clients, managing relationships, following up, refining your messaging based on what's actually working.
The async community keeps you accountable and connected between sessions. Hot seats give you live feedback on real conversations and real challenges.
This is where:
- messaging gets pressure-tested
- relationship momentum builds
- communication patterns that compound start to emerge
Week 6: Summit and integration
After you've been operating inside your system for several weeks, the cohort comes together for focused virtual Summit sessions.
Here, entrepreneurs:
- refine communication strategies in real time
- pressure-test important conversations and pitches
- exchange workflows and insights with other builders at the same stage
- learn advanced Zeus + Athena usage patterns
The systems help you communicate better. The cohort helps you think, grow, and build at a higher level together.
Week 7: Lock in momentum
The final week is about locking in the habits and systems that sustain momentum after the program ends.
You'll leave with:
- a refined narrative and positioning you can use immediately
- an active relationship system that doesn't depend on memory or willpower
- a peer cohort you'll keep building alongside
- six months of Zeus and Athena access to continue compounding
